Our deliveries are made within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Your product will be delivered on the nearest route. Remember to confirm your payment to start the countdown.

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods:

All national and international credit cards and bank transfer, cash on delivery only valid within the perimeter of Guatemala City.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be shown based on the total purchase and location, at checkout, just prior to purchase.

How are shipments made?

We ship through our own delivery service, which allows us to reach the capital and provide security for the delivery of all our products.

Important: When we send your order, we will send you an email to confirm delivery so you can be aware of the meeting with the delivery person.

I want to change my product, how do I do that?

Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving the product, with prior notice via email to info@shopsuperstar.com . The exchange can be made for a product of equal value, or of greater value by paying the difference. The returned product must be in excellent condition, must not have been used and must be in its original packaging.

We do not make cash refunds. You can exchange it for another product of equal value or we will give you credit in our store if you do not want to exchange it at this time. (60-day credit for use)

How to buy?

1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
2. Click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the product to your cart and take you to the checkout.
3. You can continue adding other products to the cart or click on "Start Purchase".
4. Fill in your contact details and click "Continue".
5. Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue."
6. Select your preferred shipping method and click "Continue."
7. Choose your payment method. Then click "Continue".
8. After confirming the purchase you will receive an email from us, this will not be proof of payment.
9. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship the products you have purchased.
