Terms and Conditions for users and followers of Superstar's social networks:

Users and followers who wish to become participants in the dynamics through Superstar Guatemala's social networks must fully accept these terms and conditions.

Campaign Terms and Conditions:

• The campaign dynamics will only apply in Guatemala
• Participants must be natural persons, of legal age, with legal capacity, Guatemalan by birth and resident in Guatemala.
• Entrants may be employees, agents, officers and directors of Superstar Guatemala), its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., Instagram, LLC, TikTok Inc, ("Released Parties")), their spouse and members of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings) r, However, this will NOT increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is subject at all times to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Participants must have their own Facebook and/or Instagram account for which they freely assume and under their own responsibility the obligations derived from the acquisition and management of said accounts.
  
• Participants must be followers of Superstar Guatemala's social media: https://www.instagram.com/Superstargt/
• Superstar may unilaterally eliminate from the dynamic those participants who do not meet the conditions required to participate in it, who provide false information or deceive in any way in the development of the campaign or dynamic through any means, including hacking tactics or entering fake Facebook and/or Instagram profiles.
  
• Superstar may unilaterally decide not to publish photos or comments on Facebook and/or Instagram when they are considered inappropriate because they contain false, inaccurate or confusing information or are detrimental to the Superstar ® brand, its employees or shareholders.
  Comments by users, followers and participants must not defame or violate or infringe the rights of any person or entity. Superstar reserves the right to disqualify any user(s), follower(s) and participant(s) who engage in any of the above-described conduct, as well as to delete such comment.
  
• Validity: the dynamics will begin according to the date stipulated in the publication of the same, on any of Superstar's social networks.
  Superstar reserves the right to terminate the promotion early and without notice if required.
  
• Posts will be made on Superstar's social media on a recurring basis, in which participants who comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the specific requirements of the event, will be able to win the prizes corresponding to the event.
  
• The participant gives his/her consent to the obtaining, use, disclosure or storage of his/her personal data, by any means, including sensitive personal data, provided to Superstar in connection with his/her participation in the “Giveaways” campaign in accordance with the terms established in the Privacy Notice.

• Notification of Winner(s): Superstar will post the full names of the winners on the social media channels mentioned above. People tagged in the posts must contact us to collect their prize.

• The winner will have a maximum of 48 hours from the date of notification of the posting to respond to Superstar on the respective social media platform. Failure to respond to said notification within the indicated period will lead to disqualification and, at Superstar's sole discretion, an alternative winner may be selected.

• For the delivery of the prizes, the winner(s) must identify themselves with a valid Official Identification with a photograph (DPI, Passport or Driver's License), as well as provide their address, telephone number and email address. Otherwise, the prize of the event will not be delivered.
  
• Regarding non-appearance: If the winner does not appear on the day and time stipulated to redeem his/her prize, he/she will be automatically disqualified and a new contest will be held with the prize to be awarded, to guarantee equal conditions for the participants.

• In order to confirm the delivery of the prizes to the winners, Superstar may request photographs, videos and statements from the winners at the time of receiving the prize and may use such documents freely for the promotion of the Campaign and dynamics or future promotions, without requiring additional authorization from the winners. The winners will not claim any value, compensation or indemnity for this fact.
  
• Use of Image: the winner(s) by participating in this campaign and dynamics authorize Superstar to use, reproduce and distribute their voice and image to promote the products that are the subject of this campaign and dynamics at any time, by any means, whether print, electronic or any other, and anywhere in the world.
• Likewise, the winner(s) establish that this authorization is voluntary and free of charge. Therefore, Superstar has authorization for the use, reproduction, transmission, retransmission, and dissemination of the image in the promotional campaigns it carries out by any means, as well as the fixation of the same in projections, videos, graphics, texts, and all supplementary material of the promotions and campaigns, establishing that it will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes stated above.
  
• In the event that Superstar identifies fraud carried out by any of the participants, or detects false, inaccurate or misleading information or information that is detrimental to the Superstar brand(s), or those it promotes, as well as to the detriment of its employees or shareholders, the participant will be disqualified without obligation to notify the participant. The foregoing, without prejudice to any legal action that Superstar may initiate.
