To take proper measurements, we recommend using a flexible tape measure that fits snugly around the appropriate part of your body.

Chest Measurement: Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, and over your shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight or too loose.

Sleeve Measurement: Extend your arm and bend your elbow slightly. Measure from the center of the back of your neck to your elbow bone and then to your wrist. Make sure to keep the tape measure straight and snug, but not tight.

Length Measurement: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. Make sure the measuring tape is straight and follows the natural line of your body.
